Project introduction: Polymer materials and their products often accumulate surface charges under the action of dynamic stress and friction, causing different charges on both sides of the action, which makes the surface of the material charged with static electricity. Since the generated charges cannot be transferred out, static charges accumulate on the surface. The existence of static electricity will make the material easily absorb dust, which not only affects the appearance, luster and performance, but also produces static sparks, causing personal damage and property damage. The use of hydrophilic polymer as antistatic agents is a major progress in the development and research of antistatic agents. The so-called hydrophilic polymer refers to a polymer containing conductive units such as polyethylene oxide (PEO) and polyquaternary ammonium salt structures in the molecule. In this project, permanent antistatic ABS materials were prepared by using polymer antistatic agent polyether esteramide. ABS antistatic blends were prepared by blending different proportions of antistatic agent polyether esteramide, compatibilizer, ABS resin and other additives, and the results were good.
