Key innovations
The innovation of this product lies in using the "liquid sealing" and "detour effect" of water-based foam to form an efficient mass transfer barrier to inhibit the escape of VOCs. It not only blocks pollution, but also has the ability to repair highly permeable soil and achieve pollutant degradation. Compared with traditional materials, it has significant carbon reduction, no secondary pollution, and excellent performance.
Potential economic benefits
This product can significantly reduce VOCs pollution control costs and environmental risks, and has soil remediation functions to open up new markets. Reducing carbon by 10.5kg per square meter per month can generate considerable carbon trading benefits. Its high performance and unique restoration effect will enhance market competitiveness, promote land value improvement, and achieve a win-win situation for economic and environmental benefits.
Potential climate benefits
This water-based foam system directly reduces atmospheric pollutants by effectively blocking the escape of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Compared with traditional HDPE film barriers, each square meter of barrier can reduce carbon by 10.5 kilograms per month, which is a clear direct carbon reduction benefit. At the same time, suppressing VOCs indirectly reduces the formation of greenhouse gas precursors.

Solution details

By creating a water-based foam system, the "liquid sealing effect" of water and the "detour effect" of forming foam are used to provide a "mass transfer barrier" for the volatile gases in the matrix to inhibit the escape of volatile gases. In addition, the highly permeable foam can infiltrate the soil and degrade and repair pollutants in the soil. This product can inhibit VOCs emissions during its validity period, and can maintain a VOCs barrier rate of 95% for more than 17 hours while excluding interference from temperature, wind intensity and humidity. The half-life of the material is increased to more than 10 hours, and the barrier time t90 when the barrier ratio is higher than 90% is greater than 8h, and t80 is greater than 12h. Controls the spread of volatile organic pollutants or odors. Compared with traditional HDPE film barriers, it reduces carbon by 10.5kg/month per square of barrier, and has a pollutant restoration effect that traditional barrier materials do not have.
