Oil smoke emissions from kitchens in the catering service industry and oil smoke pollution caused by industrial manufacturing (heat treatment, hot forging and other processes) have become social hazards that must be solved.

Traditional mechanical filtration methods, electrostatic purification methods and ordinary wet purification methods have all proven to have serious shortcomings and are not sustainable in practice.

This system combines the advantages of multiple wet purification methods, avoids many defects of ordinary wet purification methods in the oil smoke environment (blocking, difficult to maintain, lack of sustainability, secondary pollution, etc.), and is supplemented by targeted washing media., the oil smoke removal efficiency is expected to reach more than 96%.

This system solves the biggest problem existing in ordinary wet purification methods: secondary pollution. The system comes with a simple, economical wastewater treatment device with good purification effect, so that the soot purification waste liquid can be discharged up to standard after treatment, or can be directly reused, eliminating the secondary pollution chronic diseases common to wet soot purification equipment., further enhancing the market competitiveness of the system and equipment.
