Introduction to the results:

Municipal sludge solvent deep dehydration technology is a new technology that uses liquid solvent extraction to remove water from sludge. At room temperature and moderate pressure, liquid solvent can be effectively used for deep dehydration of sludge. At present, a pilot experimental device has been designed and manufactured by ourselves. It can process up to 1Kg of sludge each time and a maximum of 50kg of sludge per day. It can achieve a moisture content of 40% after sludge dehydration, and a minimum of 17.3%. The calorific value of the sludge is reduced by 10%, and the sludge is directly used as fuel after dehydration to replace coal.

This technology has the advantages of low price, wide application, environmental protection, cleanliness, and easy industrial production, so this technology has excellent industrialization prospects. The technology has applied for a national invention patent, and it is intended to combine related machinery manufacturing companies and environmental protection equipment companies to carry out complete production of sludge solvent deep dehydration equipment.
