In June 2012, the "National Major Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Project Target Responsibility Letter" was signed with the Shanghai City Economic and Information Commission. As a manufacturer of mechanical basic parts, Shanghai United Rolling Bearing Co., Ltd. has carried out technical research, innovation and acquisition of research and development equipment. To realize the development and batch production of bearings for railway heavy duty freight cars of new type C100 (load capacity 100 tons). 2. At present, the main technical innovation content is mainly used and produced in China, or the special truck with a load of 80 tons and the general truck with a load of 70 tons. According to the technical development goals of China's railway freight cars, 88t-100t and special freight cars, and 75t-80t general freight cars are the main applications and development directions in the future. The 100T heavy-haul transportation technology needs to be further promoted and widely applied. This type of product is characterized by heavy load and high reliability. The roller diameter is large and the length is long, and the heat treatment and quenching of the material is the critical point. Therefore, the development work first starts with product design. By using the finite element method to analyze the bearing force, the structure focuses on considering the elastic changes of the contact surface of the bearing after being stressed. Optimize and match the curvature values of the inner and outer ring raceway surfaces. The design focus of the product manufacturing process is: 1) optimization of the surface shape of the rolling elements;2) rolling element manufacturing technology;3) guarantee of the technical parameters of the beveled edge and the large end of the roller;4) design a special quenching mold to overcome the heat treatment deformation of the ring, ensure that the depth of the carburized layer is uniform, the hardness of the surface and the metallographic structure of the core are up to standard;5) development of grinding equipment and measuring equipment. 3. Intellectual Property Rights and Application Promotion The project has applied for a total of 6 patents, all of which have been authorized, and the results formed have been effectively protected. After our company's successful technical research and development of its products, the company has subsequently invested in and improved process manufacturing equipment. At present, it has formed an annual production capacity of 50,000 sets of 32A series heavy-duty truck bearings. In the year when the project was established, the company's research and development achieved success and mass production was formed. After obtaining CRCC certification from China Railway Corporation, the company has completed orders placed by China Railway Corporation. It has a wide range of heavy-duty speed-increasing bearings for 100-ton freight cars, and there are still many potential customers at home and abroad. Faced with the huge market of truck bearings in China, the implementation of this project has enabled the coupling shaft to demonstrate its technological leadership and expanded the market share of 100-ton truck heavy-duty speed-up bearings. With the development of China's manufacturing industry, especially the railway industry, China will present a new market for heavy-duty trucks. The successful implementation of the project has laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of our company.
