1. Project background This project is to develop a series of new full-capacity feed pump turbines equipped with millions of units, and belongs to the field of steam turbine manufacturing for thermal power generation equipment. In recent years, the country has vigorously advocated energy conservation and emission reduction, and new energy sources such as wind energy, solar energy, and biomass energy have been rapidly applied. However, new energy sources are facing various restrictions and cannot be vigorously promoted for the time being. They account for a very small proportion of my country's energy supply and still cannot be used as the main energy source. It can be seen that the country's current task of developing energy conservation and emission reduction still needs to start from thermal power generation. In recent years, large-scale and high-efficiency ultra-supercritical units have emerged, and there is also a large market demand for feed pump turbines equipped with millions of units. For ultra-supercritical high-power power generation units, full-capacity feed pump turbines have obvious advantages over half-capacity feed pump turbines in terms of efficiency. Configuring millions of full-capacity feed pump turbines plays an important role in improving the power generation economy of power plants. This project relies on the 1013MW ultra-supercritical unit of Shenhua Guohua Shouguang Power Plant to develop corresponding full-capacity feed pump turbines and improve the full-capacity feed pump turbine series with millions of units. The development of this steam turbine has filled the gap in the domestic full-capacity water feed pump turbines for million-class units. 2. The main scientific and technological innovation is aimed at ultra-supercritical high-power generating units, equipped with millions of full-capacity feed pump turbines. Variable speed air-cooled final blades have been developed to provide technical reserves for full-capacity small turbines equipped with millions of air-cooled units. The application of triple three-pronged and three-pin blades in driving feed water pump turbines improves the reliability of the regulating stage. The application of single-flow regulating stage + convection arrangement dual-flow reaction pressure stage flow passage in driving feed pump turbines significantly improves the flow passage efficiency of the turbine. 3. The status and level of intellectual property rights have been authorized and valid 5 patents and 1 domestic journal paper. The project has reached the international advanced level. Previously, this market has been monopolized by foreign companies (such as Mitsubishi and ALSTOM). Shouguang Small Machinery is the first domestic machine equipped with a million-class full-capacity feed pump turbine for our factory. It is also the first domestic machine equipped with a million-class full-capacity unit put into operation in China. The machine has significantly improved the efficiency within the unit (>86%) while ensuring the safety of the unit. It has been successfully put into operation and has excellent indicators, and its performance has reached the domestic leading level, which is completely comparable to imported foreign units. 4. Promotion and application and economic and social benefits The unit was put into operation in Shouguang Power Plant in July 2016. The unit's main technical indicators such as output, vibration and noise are excellent, which has been fully recognized by users. With the successful development of this project, we have successively won the bid for corresponding full-capacity models such as one million secondary reheat and one million air cooling, improving the product series of this model, which has significant economic benefits. Orders have been received for 12 models of this project. Based on RMB 25 million yuan per steam turbine, a cumulative output value of RMB 300 million yuan has been created, which can contribute to the country's payment of a large amount of profits and taxes.
