This technology uses bacteria to reduce silver ions into biological nanosilver with a diameter of only 6nm, and uniformly disperse them in the membrane casting solution to prepare a biological nanocomposite membrane (OXIAMEM), which gives the membrane long-term resistance to biological pollution. It can inhibit the attachment and development of bacteria on the membrane surface for a long time, inhibit membrane biological pollution, solve the problem that traditional chemical nanoparticles are easy to gather on the membrane surface, and improve the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface; At the same time, a flat-plate membrane module optimization technology based on controllable plug flow aeration has been developed to optimize the flow state of the membrane module and reduce aeration energy consumption while controlling membrane pollution. Taking a 100m3/d rural/municipal sewage treatment project as an example, the design value of membrane flux in tropical areas is 25 L·m-2·h-1, the design value of membrane flux in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is 20L·m-2·h-1, and the design value of membrane flux in the Yellow River and its north is 15L·m-2·h-1.

5. Technology demonstration
This equipment has been applied in projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hebei, Anhui, Inner Mongolia, Fujian and other places, and the total sewage treatment volume exceeds 50000m3/d. Taking Shengnong Group's white chicken breeding industry chain as an example, integrated skid-mounted equipment based on OXIAMEM pollution-resistant flat membrane modules as the core has been applied in sewage treatment projects in chicken farms and chicken cage breeding farms in Wuyishan, Fujian, Qingyang, Gansu and other places. The treatment scales of single equipment range from 50m3/d, 100m3/d and 200m3/d, and are equipped with 1, 2 and 4 sets of OXIAMEM125-120 membrane modules respectively. The daily sewage treatment is about 3000m3/d. The main process is AAO-MBR. Currently, 25 integrated equipment are in operation in the chicken farm. The quality of effluent water has stably reached the GB18918 -2002 Class A standard. The membrane module cleaning cycle is more than 9 months. After disinfection, the effluent is used. It is used for flushing and cleaning the internal ground in the field area, etc., which is of great significance to maintaining the water environment of the chicken farm and surrounding farmers.

Taking 100m3/d integrated MBR equipment as an example, the investment of new equipment (including membrane module, PLC control system, pump fan valve pipeline, box, etc.) is 500,000 yuan/set, and the auxiliary units such as collecting tank, grid, sludge tank and filter pressing are 180,000 yuan. The service life of the equipment is 10 years, and the total investment is 680,000 yuan.
