*Technology/project introduction (background, status, characteristics, etc.): The precooler purifier cabinet is used to set and control the parameters of the precooler purifier. The moisture, acetylene and carbon dioxide in the air are removed in the adsorption cylinder of the purifier. The adsorption cylinder is filled with a substance that can adsorb water, carbon dioxide and acetylene, called an adsorbent. The ability of the adsorbent to adsorb water and carbon dioxide is related to the pressure and temperature (water content) of the air, the flow rate of the air in the adsorption cylinder, and factors such as the height of the adsorbent bed. The pressure of the air is determined by the process and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
*Main technical indicators: Fractionation tower In the fractionation tower of air separation equipment, in addition to the rectification tower, there are mainly various heat exchangers, including main heat exchanger, condensing evaporator, etc. The role of various heat exchangers is to achieve heat exchange between hot and cold fluids. The role of the main heat exchanger is to cool and partially liquefy the hot fluid (air), so that the cold fluid (product oxygen, nitrogen and waste gas) is reheated until it is close to normal temperature, and then sent out to the cold box to maximize the recovery of cold. The condensing evaporator ensures the normal operation of the rectification column.
*Current application situation: The precooler purifier cabinet not only gives full play to the comprehensive potential of large-scale air separation equipment, but also ensures the safe operation of the air separation equipment. The equipment uses a liquid oxygen adsorber with removal of nitrous oxide, a high-efficiency catalyst to remove hydrocarbons such as methane, and a variety of new technologies such as structured packing are used in the rectification column.
*Application prospects of "civilian joining the army" or "military conversion": Products are widely used in military equipment supporting facilities, and military units are welcome to cooperate in development and application.
