This project is an integrated innovation research on textile dyeing and finishing technology. Knitted clothing has been very popular among consumers in recent years, and more than 80% of casual and sportswear are made of knitted fabrics. In 2017 and 2018, the main annual income of knitting enterprises above the scale exceeded 700 billion yuan, and the exports exceeded 88 billion US dollars. However, there are still some deficiencies in the development and production of knitted fabrics, which seriously restrict the development of high-quality leisure and sports knitted garments in my country. The main manifestations are: the dyeing process of polyester cotton knitted fabrics has low long-term effect and serious water consumption and energy consumption; deep-colored velvet and sanded knitted fabrics have low wet rubbing fastness, which cannot meet consumer demand and also restricts export trade; ordinary knitted fabrics absorb sweat, completely wet the front and back sides of the fabric, making the clothing extremely uncomfortable to adhere to human skin. The market lacks high-quality single-guide wet and quick-drying knitted fabrics. In response to the above-mentioned bottleneck problems, there is an urgent need to develop short-process dyeing technology for cotton-blended knitted fabrics, wet rubbing fastness improvement technology for cashmere and fur-knitted fabrics with deep dark color, and key technologies for high-quality single-guide wet and quick-drying knitted fabrics. This project has been supported by the science and technology guidance project of China Textile Industry Federation and the new technology project plan of Jiangsu Province. After nearly 10 years of systematic research and joint research by industry, academia and research, a series of key technologies for dry and wear-resistant knitted fabrics have been invented. The main invention technologies and innovations of the project are: 1. Developed two new short-process dyeing technologies for polyester cotton blended knitted fabrics, shortening the polyester cotton dyeing process time, improving production efficiency, reducing workers 'labor intensity, and saving a large amount of water, electricity, steam, reducing the burden of sewage treatment;2. Invented key technologies to improve the wet rubbing fastness of deep-thick color fleece and fleece knitted fabrics, solving the problem of low wet rubbing fastness of deep-thick color fleece and fleece knitted fabrics; 3. Based on the polyester covered cotton weave structure, micro-window printing finishing technology, and the design of different wetted weave structures of the inner and outer layers, a series of hot-wet comfort knitted fabrics with one-way wet and quick-drying effects were developed. The application results of the project have achieved remarkable results: the alkaline boiling and bleaching dyeing polyester in one bath, and the cotton dyeing in one bath process saves the dyeing time of polyester cotton blended knitted fabrics by about 80 minutes, saves water by 40%, and saves 50% of dyeing and chemical materials such as H2O2 and NaOH; Compared with the traditional process of first boiling and bleaching, first dyeing polyester, and then covering cotton dyeing, the water consumption is reduced by 40%, the steam is reduced by 30%, the electricity is saved by 20%, and the total cost is reduced by 31.2%; The wet rubbing fastness of high-density knitted fabrics reaches 3~Level 4 or above improves the quality of cashmere and wool knitted fabrics; the one-way transfer index of one-way wet and quick-drying clothing fabrics far exceeds the standard value of 200, and the evaporation rate is gt;0.18g middot;h-1, which has rapid moisture conductivity. At present, 28 invention patents have been authorized, 10 standards have been formulated, and 50 papers have been published, forming a complete independent intellectual property system. The project results have been promoted and applied in more than 20 companies including Quanzhou Haitian Material Technology Co., Ltd., Changzhou Xurong Knitting and Dyeing Co., Ltd., Nantong Taimus Garment Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jialinjie Textile Co., Ltd., four of which are project sponsors 2016~The direct benefits in the three years of 2018 are: new output value of 6974.1508 million yuan, new profit of 785.1305 million yuan, new tax revenue of 235.3184 million yuan, and foreign exchange generated by 495.9397 million dollars.
