This project belongs to the field of consumer goods and civil engineering technology. Obtaining raw materials for road engineering and disposing of domestic waste are two major problems facing the construction and development of cities around the world. Waste incineration is currently the main reduction method adopted by countries around the world, but it also brings about the disposal of residues; the construction of road projects consumes a large amount of materials, and the acquisition of natural materials will cause huge damage to the environment. With the goal of sustainable development and in line with the principle of "waste-free city", the research team comprehensively considers the demand for solid waste resource disposal and road construction consumables, and focuses on slag beneficiation technology for the treatment and resource utilization of domestic waste incinerator slag. Focus on improving the quality of mining metals, road material characteristics and environmental characteristics of the processing and application of slag aggregates and their products, etc., and form the following innovative content:<o:p></o:p>

For the first time, a complete set of interrelated technical systems for the resource utilization of domestic waste incinerator slag has been established, from slag and sorting material treatment to road material application, which fully recovers the metal resources and mineral material resources in the slag and ensures the use of slag aggregates. Scientific, environmentally friendly and efficient utilization in road engineering has achieved effective connection between large-scale slag disposal and bulk road building materials.<o:p></o:p>

For the first time, slag was used as the target ore source to study the integrated application of typical ore separation technologies. A domestic non-ferrous metal separation technology based on the eddy current mechanism was developed, the viscous characteristics of the wet slag discharged from the incineration plant were studied, and a material separation technology based on air jet was proposed, which broke through domestic breakthroughs.5 mmSeparation of non-ferrous metals with minimum particle size, and the minimum separation particle size can reach2 mm, recovery rate from50%Increase the following to80%above. A complete set of technology for using slag aggregate as road materials was developed for the first time. The composition materials, performance characteristics and influencing factors of slag aggregate have been mastered, and the key control indicators and technical requirements for slag aggregate as road materials have been standardized. The mechanism and scope of application of slag aggregate in treating soft soil subgrade were discovered, the mechanism of slag aggregate in semi-rigid base mixture and asphalt mixture was revealed, and the material characteristics of slag wet precipitation sediment used as asphalt mixture fillers were clarified. A design method for stabilizing slag mixture and slag asphalt mixture with inorganic binders was established. It was the first to use slag aggregate in road subgrade and base layer in China, and passed long-term road performance evaluation. The technical reliability of slag aggregate as road materials was verified.<o:p></o:p>

The environmental impact of slag treatment was systematically studied for the first time. The environmental characteristics of rainwater runoff from slag piles are revealed, the environmental behaviors of process water and sedimentation tank sediment in the slag wet production process are analyzed, the impact of slag wet processing on the quality of soil and surface water around the site is clarified, and the mechanism of dust generation in the slag dry production process is discovered, and relevant treatment and disposal measures are proposed.<o:p></o:p>
