The "Technical Guidelines for Housing Safety Assessment in Shanghai City" has been compiled, which provides effective technical support for the adoption of the fuzzy comprehensive security assessment method for houses based on safety hazards and lays a foundation for the application of assessment methods. 5. A housing safety assessment decision-making system software has been compiled to improve the efficiency of housing safety assessment work. 6. Research on housing safety guarantee technology and developed a guarantee technology for full-process control and management. 7. The level novelty search report shows that the subject has generally reached the international advanced level.
