Special condensing gas boilers mainly refer to commercial gas heating stoves made of aluminum-silicon-magnesium, stainless steel and copper alloys. The core of its technology is to configure low-nitrogen burners to dynamically adjust the heat supply according to indoor and environmental temperatures, reduce its exhaust gas temperature to about 45 ° C below the water dew point temperature, and recover the latent heat of the flue gas. The thermal efficiency can reach 97%~ 109%, its volume is only 1/6 of a steel boiler; if gas-electricity coupled heating is realized with a heat pump, the thermal efficiency can reach 110%; deep dynamic energy conservation and emission reduction of the gas system are realized. This technology has relevant technology patents and independent intellectual property rights.
All condensing gas boilers made of carbon steel are pseudo-condensing because their materials cannot withstand corrosion by condensed water, and their thermal efficiency can reach up to 97%. At present, the production processes of cast aluminum silicon magnesium, extruded aluminum silicon magnesium, and extruded stainless steel are mature manufacturing processes that can achieve mass production.
At present, natural gas is the fastest growing energy source. Finished products can be produced within 2 to 4 months after the design of this technology is completed. It is the main technology to replace steel gas boilers in the future.
