- Research on comprehensive collision technology of pipelines
Before the installation of pipelines at the station, the Revit series software was used to build three-dimensional architectural, structural, and electromechanical models. NavisworksManage software was used to seamlessly integrate the models. Data information processing tools were used to analyze the collision of digital models at the station, effectively avoiding and solving the comprehensive collision problem of pipelines. - Optimize support and hanger design technology
Through the Revit software support and hanger auxiliary design system, the layout of supports and hangers is automatically matched, and the construction plan simulation, material statistics, support and hanger calculation and calculation sheet generation of comprehensive supports and hangers are directly realized on the BIM model, avoiding mistakes, omissions and improving Space utilization rate. - Establish a basic engineering data model
Use Revit series software to establish a BIM model at the LOD400 (i.e. site construction depth) component level, implant the size, specifications and attribute information of each equipment, and form a basic database for the project, which can implement cost control, coordination management and visual disclosure. - Establish a property operation and maintenance data collaboration platform
Use 360-degree panoramic scanning virtual reality technology to obtain real on-site information, integrate it into a complete information system, complement each other with the BIM model, and reflect the engineering conditions of any designated part in real life and efficiently obtain on-site information. - BIM model cloud sharing and query application
Select the BIM public information platform system as a cloud sharing platform to upload BIM model data serving the entire life cycle of the building to a cloud server for sharing, allowing query of operation and maintenance information and remote monitoring to maximize the value of the data.
Characteristics of the project research: - A three-dimensional digital model for electromechanical installation in subway stations is established. The model integrates attribute information of electromechanical equipment, construction information during the installation process, as well as property management information of operations;
2). An operation and maintenance assistance system for subway stations has been established. The system integrates the above-mentioned three-dimensional digital models of multiple specialties in the station's electromechanical aspects, and can be managed remotely; - Apply 360-degree panoramic scanning technology to the electromechanical installation process of subway stations, forming a panoramic image data that can be used for traceability of equipment construction process and query of attribute information, which can realize virtual visualization and parameterization of electromechanical operation and maintenance of subway stations.
Application of research results:
It effectively guided the electromechanical installation construction and project management of Shanghai Metro Line 11 Pusan Road Metro Station, effectively reduced and avoided installation problems in electromechanical engineering, and ensured the installation quality. The results of system data such as BIM models and images submitted for the completion of the project have good feedback from users.
The technical achievements of this project have currently obtained 4 intellectual property rights, published 1 paper, and won 1 Scientific and Technological Progress Award (Railway Engineering Corporation). The release of relevant technical achievements and industry exchanges have improved the electromechanical installation level and information management methods of subway station construction projects. They have been widely recognized by domestic construction companies and technical experts in related fields, providing strong technical support for similar construction projects and extending their application to complex electromechanical engineering installation projects, such as super high-rise buildings, smart homes, hydropower rooms and basement pipeline layout; property maintenance, ancient building protection, building renovation projects; Engineering fields such as complex fire protection engineering, exhaust system design and installation.
