1、National Natural Science Foundation of China "Research on the Effect of Strong Electric Fields on Solution Crystallization and Melting Processes"
The effects of solution concentration, different nucleation mechanisms, crystal seed number and structure on crystal shape were obtained through experiments. The effect of cryoprotectant solution properties on the shape of ice crystals, and the study of freezing properties during ice crystals growth. For the freezing of high-concentration cryoprotectants, the quasi-vitrification process of vitrified solution and the changes of solution during rewarming melting were studied.
2. Key project of the Ministry of Education "Development of a New Retractable Six-way Valve"
According to the characteristics of six-way directional valve, a performance testing system for six-way directional valve is designed and built. selecting 32#Steam turbine oil was used as the working medium. Resistance characteristics, stability and reliability experiments were carried out on six-way directional valves with two diameters of 80JH-33 and 40JH-33 under various working conditions. The entire device consists of three parts: power oil supply and oil temperature heating system, control system and measurement system.
3、A new type of low-temperature freeze dryer has been developed
This low-temperature freeze dryer mainly solves three problems: adjustability of cooling rate, accuracy of temperature control, and wide cooling range. Achieving vitrification is extremely important related to the cooling rate and the final freezing temperature, and the accuracy of temperature control is a good way to deal with the occurrence of devitrification.
4. Universal high energy efficiency ratio evaporation concentration device.
A universal evaporative concentration system based on the principle of heat pump was designed, manufactured and operated, suitable for the treatment of various low-concentration wastewater and related concentration process operations. The trial operation results showed that the system COP= 15.1, which met the requirements of the contract. The relative energy efficiency ratio requirements of 5-10, and the development of relevant calculation and control software was completed. Since the concentrated liquid and distilled water are processed through the system, the discharge of wastewater can be greatly reduced, and water pollution can be reduced and has good environmental protection value; the system can also be used as pretreatment equipment for evaporation operations related to other chemical and food industries. and seawater desalination operation treatment equipment. Different from chemical treatment methods of wastewater, corresponding treatment process routes must be designed for specific objects. This system has very good versatility and can be used for different wastewater treatments by changing operating parameters.
