

This project belongs to the research and application field of special gas cylinder inspection technology for new energy vehicles.
With the promotion of new energy vehicles around the world and healthy China, LPG, CNG, LNG and H2 energy have been widely used in the automobile industry. However, the most risky ones in the new energy vehicle system are vehicle-mounted cylinders and valves for storing fuel. Especially the currently rapidly developing hydrogen-fueled vehicles, which can achieve the ultimate goal of zero pollution. The technological development of vehicle-mounted cylinders and valves is a new energy vehicle. The most critical component for the safe operation of energy vehicles.
Therefore, this project has systematically carried out research on the quality and safety of my country's LPG, CNG, LNG and H2 energy vehicle-mounted cylinders and valves, and unified the research on the testing technology of vehicle-mounted cylinders and valves, the development and innovation of testing equipment, and the preparation of regulations and standards to form industry regulations and standards. First of all, the first remotely controlled LPG, CNG, LNG and H2 vehicle-mounted cylinder fire and shooting test system at home and abroad was developed. By building a local area network, it overcame technical problems such as remote operation, monitoring the test process, monitoring experimental data, and reducing explosion risks. For the first time in the world, high-risk test projects such as 35MPa cylinder fire and shooting tests were completed using Internet technology. Through material performance verification analysis and finite element calculation analysis, The changes in the quality performance of this type of cylinder under fire conditions were analyzed; Secondly, the project team developed the first domestic and foreign liquefied petroleum gas cylinder and integrated valve testing equipment for motor vehicles (Durability test equipment for 80% charging limit device, durability test equipment for liquid level display and durability test equipment for stop valve), a system testing platform for LPG vehicle cylinders and integrated valves has been built; Finally, the concept of "eutectic fusible alloy" was put forward for the first time, and Bi-30Pb-15Sn-9Cd eutectic fusible alloy was developed for the first time through a large number of experimental analysis, which solved the technical problem of inaccurate and insensitive operating temperatures of the fusible alloy for the safety relief device on vehicle-mounted bottle valves. It has been promoted and applied in all vehicle-mounted bottle valve manufacturers at home and abroad. It has been adopted by national regulations and standards TSG RF001 -2009 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Gas Cylinder Accessories" and GB 8337-2011 "Fusible Alloy Plug Devices for Gas Cylinders".
From the perspective of national safety supervision, this project is the first time in the world to carry out comprehensive safety performance inspection and testing of vehicle gas cylinder valves and develop and innovate testing equipment. It is also the first time that specific national regulations and standards have been formulated for the safety supervision of gas cylinder valves, filling gaps in the testing of such products at home and abroad, and the research results of the project have reached the international advanced level. This project has obtained 4 invention patents, 19 utility model patents, published 15 papers, and compiled 1 national regulation and 1 national standard.
The project has effectively completed the comprehensive inspection of the safety performance of new energy vehicle-mounted cylinders and has been successfully applied to the National Cylinder Valve Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. It not only provides testing for 280,000 Shanghai LPG moped integrated valves jointly entrusted by the Shanghai City Public Security Bureau and the Technical Supervision Bureau, but also provides testing services for about 350 fire-gun testing services for 50 vehicle-mounted CNG cylinder and valve manufacturers in my country. At the same time, The achievements of eutectic fusible alloys have solved long-term technical problems left over by the entire cylinder valve industry, and also provided technical services for ECE R110, ISO 10297 and other export certification of vehicle-mounted cylinders, creating direct economic benefits of 11.95 million yuan for our hospital., creating economic benefits of nearly 400 million yuan for customers. The results of this project have driven the healthy development of the entire new energy automobile industry, added new business growth points to automobile companies and related supply chain industries, technically guaranteed the safety of lives and property of the general public, and greatly promoted global energy conservation and environmental protection. The development of the cause has extremely high social and economic benefits.
