China is only in the early stages of development in the development and application of new intelligent anti-counterfeiting techniques, especially for professional anti-counterfeiting in public security fields such as securities, bills, certificates, and cards. At present, most of the domestic cutting-edge anti-counterfeiting technologies come from foreign companies. Therefore, the development of highly innovative anti-counterfeiting technologies with independent intellectual property rights is of great significance to the current anti-counterfeiting applications in the field of public security.
The infrared up-conversion fluorescent coding anti-counterfeiting technology developed in this project is integrated into the anti-counterfeiting binding lines and printed patterns of certificates. It has been used in the production, binding and distribution of new versions of the People's Republic of China diplomatic passports, official passports and private passports since 2011. The application of this technology meets the requirements of professional three-line anti-counterfeiting. Only when excited by a specific infrared laser can a specific encoded signal output be achieved, thus providing important national public documents such as my country's diplomatic passports, official passports and private passports. Strong security guarantee. The development and application of this technology have completely changed the long-term dependence on imports of similar high-end anti-counterfeiting products, realizing the complete localization of anti-counterfeiting raw materials preparation, printing and binding process integration, and final industrial application. It not only fills the technical gap in the national public anti-counterfeiting field, but also saves the country a large amount of foreign exchange and produces huge social and economic benefits. The main innovation results are as follows:
  1. Independently developed high-speed, high-throughput and high-precision infrared up-conversion fluorescent coding anti-counterfeiting technology. It organically integrates fluorescent coding technology and laser technology, improves the specificity and sensitivity of anti-counterfeiting testing, and can be targeted and applied to professional anti-counterfeiting in public security fields such as currency, securities, bills, certificates, and certificates.
  2. We have independently developed the "continuous ion layer adsorption reaction method" to completely wrap the luminescent center of the infrared up-conversion coding material with an inert substrate, thereby achieving complete protection of the luminescent center. The resulting infrared coding material has greatly improved weather resistance, and has strong acid, alkali, solvent, light and heat characteristics, fully meeting the requirements of more than ten years of service life of passport and other document anti-counterfeiting products.
  3. Invented the efficient composite of infrared up-conversion fluorescent coding material and nylon polymer through in-situ polymerization and melt spinning technology, and finally obtained an infrared up-conversion fluorescent coding anti-counterfeiting binding line with high stability and high tensile strength. This product fully meets the service life requirement of more than ten years for passport anti-counterfeiting features, improving the ability of passports to prevent counterfeiting and alteration.
    This project has applied for 4 China invention patents, authorized one, published 9 papers in domestic and foreign journals, and was cited 165 times. By the end of 2013, this project's technology has been applied in a total of 20 million new versions of the diplomatic passports, official passports and private passports of the People's Republic of China. The application results of the project have passed the appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of the People's Bank of China, and the appraisal results believe that the project has reached the international advanced level. In summary, this project not only provides strong security guarantees for important public documents such as diplomatic passports, official passports and private passports of the People's Republic of China, but also makes significant contributions to the improvement of my country's anti-counterfeiting technology. It also produces huge social benefits and promotes the disciplinary progress of printing and copying technology.
