 Project  Introduction: In view of the many unsolvable problems such as the complex composition of mixed waste plastics at home and abroad, it is difficult to sort, and even more difficult to utilize, a special "high-value utilization and molding equipment for mixed waste plastics" with exclusive intellectual property rights has been developed. This equipment can produce trays, cable reels, garbage cans, manhole covers and road stones, sidewalks, landscape products, etc., filling the gap in "high-value utilization of mixed waste plastics" at home and abroad. It provides a new technical route for green recycling and high-value utilization of mixed waste plastics, reduces environmental pollution and improves the environment. Targeted functional nanobatches suitable for polyolefin modification have been developed using nanofillers with special surface modification and additives with specific structures. Polypropylene (PP) recycled materials were modified by combining this nano-masterbatch with other fillers, and an attempt was made to develop hollow plastic building templates with modified PP recycled materials. Four generations of products were developed, and finally a green ecological hollow plastic building template product that fully meets the requirements of the construction industry was developed. This template product is based on the requirements of modernization, green, environmental protection, and new type. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, moisture proof, not easy to deform, damage resistance, long life, high recycling rate, etc., effectively reducing construction costs and has the unique advantages of replacing traditional building templates.  Innovative: The high-value technology for green recycling and recycling of mixed waste plastics has unique advantages in preparing high-performance plastic trays, and is expected to realize "replacing steel with plastic and wood with plastic" in the field of standardized trays in my country.
