During the baking and expansion process, biscuits will release some harmful gases that pollute the atmosphere, such as nitrogen oxides and ammonia. At the same time, due to the influence of the temperature of baking biscuits, natural gas is not fully burned in the oven, resulting in the oven. Nitrogen oxides, ammonia, and carbon monoxide are seriously exceeded during exhaust emissions. Patented technology can be used to treat exhaust gas to meet standards.

A pharmaceutical intermediate production enterprise in Jiaxing produces wastewater during the production process. The wastewater consists of the following: water 65- 70 wt %, toluene 2 wt %, acetonitrile 5- 10 wt %, and pyridine 15- 20 wt %. Process difficulties: 1. High moisture content and homogeneous solution;2. Difficult separation, there are a large number of azeotropic systems, such as water-acetonitrile, water-pyridine, water-toluene, toluene-acetonitrile, toluene-pyridine;3. High treatment requirements: COD in treated wastewater ≤3000mg/L; ammonia nitrogen ≤80mg/L;4. High product purity requirements: pyridine ≥ 99 wt %, acetonitrile ≥ 99 wt %. Through the extraction-rectification coupled process we designed, the final discharged wastewater COD is ≤3000mg/L, the purity of pyridine reaches 99.4 wt %, and the purity of acetonitrile reaches 99.6 wt %.
