This project belongs to the field of public welfare technology development. The container throughput of my country's ports has ranked first in the world for many consecutive years, promoting the rapid growth of port lifting machinery. However, with the continuous deepening of my country's energy conservation and emission reduction work, in order to further effectively control energy consumption and carbon emissions, the "Energy Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China" clearly stipulates that energy-saving review and supervision must be carried out on special equipment with high energy consumption. The State Council and the Shanghai City Government have also put forward new requirements. As a special equipment with high energy consumption, port lifting machinery has shifted from ldquo; safety supervision to a new situation of ldquo; safety supervision and energy conservation supervision Therefore, while improving safety technologies, it is urgent to develop new technologies in the fields of energy efficiency testing, evaluation, and energy conservation of port crane. This project is based on my country's increasing social public safety needs and energy conservation and environmental protection needs, and closely follows special equipment& ldquo; safety supervision and energy conservation supervision& rdquo; The top-level design of, a large number of theoretical and experimental research has been carried out around port crane brake testing, energy efficiency testing and evaluation methods, energy-saving technologies and devices, etc., overcoming the inability of existing inertia test benches to simulate potential energy-type braking and energy efficiency evaluation. A series of key technical issues and basic problems such as the lack of evaluation methods and the difficulty in coordinating the energy-saving effects of energy-saving devices with safety and reliability have effectively promoted the coordinated development of safety and energy-saving technologies in the port crane industry. The novelty search report of the Shanghai Science and Technology Novelty Search Consulting Center of China Academy of Sciences and the appraisal certificate of the appraisal committee organized by the Shanghai City Production Safety Association show that the results of this project have filled domestic gaps and partially filled international gaps. They also have certain reference value for other electromechanical special equipment, and the comprehensive technology has reached the international advanced level. This project has authorized 8 patents (including 1 invention patent), and another 3 invention patents have entered actual review; 4 software copyrights have been formed; more than 30 papers have been published (8 EI searches); and the publication of 2 monographs provides important support. The research results of this project have achieved significant social and ecological and environmental benefits, improved the safety and energy conservation level of port lifting machinery, and promoted the technological progress and industrial development of the industry. The research results have provided test data for the product design and finalization of many companies, promoting the organic combination of safety and energy conservation; promoted the application and promotion of safety and energy conservation technologies for port crane, reduced fuel consumption, and reduced harmful gas emissions. It provides strong technical support for the government to implement safety and energy conservation supervision; the research results have strong applicability and have high reference value for the improvement of safety and energy conservation technologies of other electromechanical special equipment. The research results of this project have also produced significant economic benefits. The research results have been applied to the design and manufacturing, type testing, energy efficiency testing, energy-saving transformation, inspection and testing of port lifting machinery. Manufacturing companies represented by Shanghai Lifting and Transportation Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. have improved their product market competitiveness by applying the research results of this project. Product sales have increased year by year, and new output values have been added since application. It is 18 million yuan and 20 million yuan respectively. Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd. carried out energy-saving renovation of port lifting machinery, saving a total of 4 million yuan in costs. The crane energy-saving renovation business carried out by Shanghai Jiangshun Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. has added more than 6 million yuan in revenue and 2 million yuan in profit. Shanghai City Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Technology Research Institute has carried out type tests and energy-saving renovation supervision and inspection of port crane brakes (brake motors), which has improved the technical level and industry influence of inspection institutions. In the past three years, a total of new inspection revenue has increased by more than 4 million yuan.
