In the domestic field of high-reliability integrated circuit testing, establish the first independently controllable test platform that adapts to aerospace S-class quality and level 10 ultra-clean to realize independent safety and controllability test verification to fill the domestic gap; 2. Apply the innovative model of military-civilian integration sharing technology development, mutual transformation and promotion of technologies, and complete the establishment of a military-civilian integration testing platform that is independently controllable, open, and has domestically leading technical indicators to engage in integrated circuit design, manufacturing, packaging and application and scientific research institutes provide advanced testing technology services. Key technological innovations of the project: 1) Innovative application technology for military-civilian integration testing;2) Code error rate testing technology for high-speed gigabit interface;3) Code stream compression technology based on partial dynamic reconstruction;4) Embedded DSP test vector deep compression technology;5) Internet high-coverage testing technology;6) Adaptive testing (internal loop-back self-testing) technology;7) Research and development of wide-temperature test software and hardware technology, and high-speed and high-density test hardware design technology. The project is technologically mature. The completed and established key technology innovation and industrialization platform for independent testing in highly reliable fields has XXXX Quality Management System Certification Certificate, Inspection and Testing Institution Qualification Certificate (CMA Certificate), China National Accreditation Commission Laboratory Accreditation Certificate (CNAS Certificate), XX Level 3 Confidentiality Qualification, XX Contractor Qualification Certification and other qualifications, and has completed the application for 11 invention patents (Including 6 authorized patents and 1 international authorization), and 12 software copyrights were obtained. The military-civilian integration test platform has an annual production capacity of more than 200,000 pieces, and the annual test output reaches 400 million pieces. Its technical indicators are at the leading domestic level in the industry. This project provides testing technical services for units or topics such as major national science and technology projects in 01, 02, and 03 and the Shanghai War New Project. It also provides chip testing, verification and analysis and industrial production testing services for more than 70 domestic military-civilian integration products. Thanks to the research and development of this project, the company's technical service output value increased by 378.5604 million yuan, paid national taxes of 19.6961 million yuan, and net profit of 124.2102 million yuan.
