

Project background:
Imitated suede for high-end textile and apparel fabrics is an area with very high grades and requirements in the microfiber synthetic leather industry. It is a synthetic leather made to simulate the three-dimensional structure of real leather and is usually used in clothing instead of real leather. It has high requirements for the handle, dye fastness, color brilliance, and difficulty in pilling. Because of this high technical barrier, Japan has always occupied the international market for this product.
The main contents of the project research:
(1) Develop a fixed island composite spinning technology with LDPE/PA6 as raw material, develop spinning module equipment suitable for this technology, and study the impact of the spinning process on product performance.
(2) Use nylon-based color masterbatches to selectively color islands during the spinning process, improve the color distribution of ultra-fine fibers (with a fineness of less than 0.01 denier), reduce the influence of colorants on the physical properties of ultra-fine fibers, and improve the opening rate.
(3) Develop high-performance polyurethane for wet impregnation.
(4) By simulating the structure of leather, high-end textile and apparel fabrics with good suede-like properties are made.
Key innovation points:
(1) Creatively proposed the use of LDPE/PA6 island fixing technology on clothing fabrics, and developed a island fixing composite spinning equipment with LDPE (color masterbatch)/PA6 as raw material, achieving a breakthrough in island fixing composite spinning technology;
(2) Overcoming the fixed-island LDPE/PA6 composite spinning technology, solving the problems of difficult spinning, merging islands, and large and small islands of traditional island spinning technology.
(3) Breaking through traditional thinking, the combination of stock coloring technology and fixed island composite spinning technology for the first time has overcome the technical problem of ultra-fine fibers being able to obtain colored ultra-fine fibers without dyeing, and achieved the color uniformity and brightness of colored ultra-fine fibers., high color fastness and other properties solve the problem of color difference between different batches.
(4) We have independently developed a wet impregnation polyurethane resin that matches the color of the in-situ colored Dingdao fiber, solving the problem of color uniformity of Dingdao microfiber clothing fabrics.
(5) Develop a special suede-like finish, which solves the problems of hand feel, fleece feel and crease of Dingdao superfiber clothing fabrics. Technical and economic indicators: According to GB/T 1040.3-2006 testing method, breaking strength L≥85N/3cm, breaking strength W≥70N/3cm, elongation L: 60%-120%, elongation W: 60%-120%. According to GB/T 8948-2008 testing method, tearing strength L≥20 N, pilling resistance ≥3, yellowing resistance ≥4, shrinkage (100℃, washed for 45 minutes): weft direction ±8%, warp direction ±5%. Wear resistance (H-22, 1kg,): 1200-1400 revolutions; color fastness to dry rubbing ≥4 (level 5 is the best); color fastness to wet rubbing ≥4 (level 5 is the best), color fastness to washing: color change ≥3, stain ≥4. Patents: Independent intellectual property rights owned by the project: It has 5 invention patents, 3 of which have been authorized and 2 have been accepted.

The role of promotion, application and social benefits on scientific and technological progress:
The results of this project have been successfully applied in the garment fabric industry, occupying a certain share in the domestic and international markets. The current domestic market share is about 15%, and there is still much room for improvement. The level of project achievements has reached the international advanced level. The project has been successfully applied in industrial production. In the past three years, the cumulative new output value has reached more than 280 million yuan, and the profits and taxes have reached more than 70 million yuan, producing significant economic and social benefits. This project has realized a new industrial chain from fibers to clothing fabrics. It is a viable new material in the textile and nonwoven industry. It has broad market prospects and is of great significance to the development of strategic emerging industries.
