

Industrial cleaning agents are widely used in energy, petrochemical, metallurgy, machinery, electronics, communications, construction and other industries. The development of efficient green innovative technology, design and synthesis of new environmentally friendly industrial cleaning agents is one of the important trends in the development of this field. However, there is still very little research on developing new green cleaning agents for high-precision instruments and precision components in China. This project aims to provide a series of new green and environmentally friendly industrial cleaning agents, replacing phenyl compounds, strong corrosion reagents, and phosphorus-and fluorine-containing additives in traditional cleaning agents with environmentally friendly organic compounds or natural plant extracts, and replacing traditional toxic and harmful reagents such as halogenated hydrocarbons and acetone through water-based cleaning agents to accurately achieve non-damaging and functional cleaning of precision device surfaces. At present, three products have been successfully developed, respectively for surface cleaning of ultra-light solar lenses and aluminum alloy devices. They have been successfully promoted to the market and established cooperation with companies, with a product profit margin of 50%. Technological advantages There are more than 2000 domestic industrial cleaning agent manufacturers, which have problems such as small scale, backward technology, low-end products, and serious pollution and waste. There are only about 10 domestic cleaning companies with annual sales revenue of more than 50 million yuan, and only 2 cleaning companies with annual sales revenue of more than 100 million yuan. 95% of manufacturers fail to meet the requirements of economies of scale, have poor equipment levels, and have low technical level and quality stability of their products. We use water-based cleaning agents to replace traditional toxic and harmful reagents such as halogenated hydrocarbons and acetone to accurately achieve non-damaging and functional cleaning of the surface of high-end precision devices. Industrialization prospects: In my country, the market size of industrial cleaning agents is about 30 billion yuan per year. At present, there are still very few research on special cleaning agents for high-precision instruments and precision components in China, and the production technology and market are monopolized by foreign companies. Therefore, it is necessary to develop green innovative technologies with independent intellectual property rights and proactively develop new green and environmentally friendly industrial cleaning agents. With the support of industry-university-research platforms, establishing precision cleaning technology with independent intellectual property rights has far-reaching significance and broad industrialization prospects. At present, the products we cooperate with enterprises have already reached a certain market scale. The cooperative enterprises include many listed companies, and further industrialization needs to be expanded.
