In view of the problems of poor soil and high salinization in the saline-alkali land of Shanghai's Xinchenglu tidal flat, few suitable varieties of roses under high temperature and high humidity climate conditions in summer, prone to pests and diseases, single cultivation form, and unprominent ornamental characteristics, new varieties of stress-resistant rose were created and key technologies and applications of cultivation. After more than ten years, the innovative results have been achieved as follows: 1. Screening excellent germplasm for stress-resistant rose. Through expert scoring and multi-regional testing, a comprehensive evaluation system for damp-heat tolerant rose was established for the first time, and 67 highly resistant germplasm were screened out; the resistance of rose to black spot was determined. Screening indicators for screening 6 rose germplasm resources with high resistance to black spot disease were selected; The synergistic resistance mechanism of rose to black spot by multiple metabolic pathways was revealed. Three pairs of disease resistance genetic analogues (RGA) related to rose resistance to black spot were obtained by using single spore inoculation, transcriptome sequencing and gene cloning., laying the foundation for rose resistance genetic engineering breeding. 2. Create new stress-resistant rose varieties and breed 8 new rose varieties with heat-resistant color; create rose SSR molecular marker-assisted traditional cross breeding technology, select hybrid parents, obtain 79 hybrid F1 generations, and breed 8 new color lines. The dominant genetic separation rule of red versus yellow in rose and the flower color metabolic path of pigment flavonoids were revealed, laying a foundation for genetic engineering breeding of flower color; roses and roses with high resistance to black spot were used as male parents to cross them with roses to cultivate 6 new black spot resistant rose lines; For the first time, the Rose duster color gene silencing expression vector (DFR-RNAi) was constructed, transformed into diploid tobacco, and 11 regenerated plants were obtained. Innovate large-scale breeding technology and refined cultivation technology of rose seedlings to create seedling breeding technology systems such as rapid propagation of rose tissue, integrated propagation of cuttage grafting and reproduction, as well as automated substrate bagging and self-regulation of the environment to realize intelligent production of rose seedlings., the efficiency of flowering branches per square year has increased by 50% and the seedling rate has increased to 98.6%; Create a multi-functional water-fertilizer integration, automatic humidity control and soilless culture container seedling raising technology to achieve refined cultivation, and release the "Technical Regulations for the Construction of Big Flower Rose Picking Nursery"; the first rose elevated hanging planting model, and develop rose flower walls, styles and other vines. Rapid forming technology, and release standards such as "Technical Regulations for Climbing Rose Cultivation" and "Technical Regulations for Special Forms of Rose Cultivation"; For the first time, a characteristic cultivation standard system for damp-heat tolerant roses has been established, covering 96 national standards, industry standards, landmarks, and enterprise standards, which directly supports the application of damp-heat tolerant roses in urban greening in more than 20 provinces and cities in China. 4.
