This project provides technical guarantee for the construction and development of high-yield and efficient mines in my country, improves the level of high-end products of my country's comprehensive mining equipment, promotes the localization of heavy fully mechanized mining equipment, and improves the ability of my country's coal mining products to participate in international market competition. The main research content of the project: Develop high-power thick seam electric traction shearers with independent intellectual property rights and international competitiveness, meet the supporting requirements of 6 million tons per year for fully mechanized mining, improve the technical level and design and manufacturing capabilities of my country's coal mining equipment, and break the current situation that the high-end market of shearers is monopolized by foreign companies. Promote the construction of high-yield and efficient mines in my country to meet the rapidly growing demand for energy while improving the recovery rate of coal resource mining and coal mine production safety conditions. Specifically, it includes: (1) overall structure design technology;(2) cutting part gear transmission technology;(3) coal mining height adaptive control technology;(4) super powerful pin-rail chainless traction technology;(5) Intelligent protection and communication technology;(6) Research on working condition monitoring and online fault diagnosis technology. The MG650/1620-WD AC traction shearer developed in this project is suitable for mining in thick coal seam underground working faces with complex geological structures, filling the gap in similar equipment in China. The equipment is highly reliable. Measured by the amount of coal passing, the overhaul cycle of the whole machine can reach 8Mt, and the life of the drum can reach 3Mt. This project has obtained 8 patents and 1 software copyright. Since its development, a total of 57 sets have been sold to Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Huainan, Huaibei, Henan and other places, increasing the company's output value by approximately 456 million yuan. Based on the annual output of each unit of 6 million tons and the selling price of 600 yuan per ton of coal, each unit can create an annual output value of 3.6 billion yuan.
