Relying on engine composite shell molding technology, the Sixth Hospital has developed a high-performance hydrogen storage system integrating plastic liner and carbon fiber fully wound 70MpaIV cylinders. The hydrogen storage density reaches 5.94%, and various performance indicators are at the leading level in China. In order to support the industrialization of high-performance hydrogen storage systems, the development and production of flexible robot fiber winding equipment for vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage cylinders, the key equipment of the hydrogen storage system, is simultaneously carried out.
