The hydrogen production of the electrolysis cell monomer reaches 1500Nm³/h. It uses ultra-high performance and new electrode catalysts. The overall equipment has the characteristics of high electrolysis efficiency, long service life and extremely low operation cost. Another new product,"PEM Electrolysis Equipment", was released at the same time, with a monomer hydrogen production of 50Nm³/h. It uses highly active catalysts and highly conductive and corrosion-resistant bipolar plates. Through modular design, MW-level hydrogen production can be achieved. It has reached the domestic leading level. At present, customers can be provided with PEM electrolyzed water hydrogen production products of 5-200 N/h. This product has high power density, so it is relatively small in size and low in energy consumption, making it more suitable for distributed and flexible hydrogen production scenarios. The company's alkaline electrolysis equipment is characterized by high power, low energy consumption and low cost. Wu Liang, deputy chief engineer of the Hydrogen Device Era, introduced that the company has planned a production capacity of 500 MW of alkaline electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment in 2023, and PEM electrolyzed hydrogen production equipment is expected to reach a 100 MW production capacity in 2025.
