    The construction method of seamless tracks on integrated track bed in domestic urban rail projects has been developed with the construction of urban rail transit in large and medium-sized cities in China. It draws on the experience of laying seamless tracks on medium and long rails of the national railway. The rails are laid, welded, normalized, and locked and other processes to form seamless tracks, reduce vibration and improve riding comfort. Normalization plays an important role in the quality of rail laying.
    Drawing on the induction normalizing construction method of rail welding joints in fixed places of high-speed railway track steel, and combining the previous experience in normalizing construction of rail welding joints on subway tracks, this project uses the patented winding detachable soft coil in the construction of subway track rail welding joints. Induction normalizing is essentially different from the current induction normalizing of subway rail welding joints in China, forming a "mobile soft coil intermediate frequency induction heating rail joint normalizing technology" with promotion value.
    This technology uses a low-inductance heat dissipation soft coil equipped with a high-temperature resistant insulating contoured fixing bracket, which is wound around the rail welding joint, and uses a mid-frequency generator to generate oscillating current to realize the coil's electrical induction heating and normalizing of the rail welding joint.
    It is characterized by: medium-frequency induction electric normalizing replaces the traditional oxygen and acetylene open fire normalizing; the self-propelled positive train realizes inter-section mobile normalizing operation, which is simple and convenient to operate; the winding and dismantling induction soft coil profiling installation can adapt to different specifications of rails; the main link is energy-saving design, which reduces carbon emissions during the normalizing operation and is low in cost; the real-time measurement and control upper limit temperature feedback system automatically controls the normalizing effect, with uniform heating and stable quality.
    This technology was tested on Suzhou Metro Line 1, and 46-kilometer normalizing construction was completed. It was then continued to be improved and applied in Suzhou Metro Line 2 (53km), Section 11.H. 2 of the northern extension project of Shanghai City Rail Transit Line 11 (21km), and Wuxi Metro Line 1 (27km). The expected results were achieved. After summarizing, 5 patents, construction methods and application technologies were formed. Based on the research and development of this topic, The "open-close water-cooled rail induction normalizing coil" and its application technology have been developed and have been promoted in Suzhou, Wuxi and Shanghai.
