Solution details

During garbage treatment, the recycled garbage needs to enter the garbage treatment equipment for subsequent sorting work, and then undergo subsequent processing, so that the garbage can be reused. There are two main methods for garbage recycling: manual direct feeding or mechanical feeding. Manual feeding has the problems of large workload, harsh working environment, and low work efficiency. Mechanical feeding is generally used. Because long and soft plastic films are often present in garbage, it is easy to cause the plastic films to become entangled with each other in the feeder, seriously affecting the production capacity of the feeder.

1. Core technology

(1) The inventive feeder comprises a transmission device and a screw feeder, the frame is arranged on the extended bearing surface of the screw feeder, and the transmission device fixed above the frame is connected to the screw feeder;

(2) The screw feeder comprises a feeder shell, and the screw feeder is accommodated in the feeder shell. The screw feeder is provided with a transmission rod, the transmission rod is connected with a transmission device, and the transmission device drives the transmission rod to rotate;

(1) The feeder shell has a conical structure with a large upper part and a small lower part, which can guide the material.

(2) The transmission rod of the built-in screw feeder is connected with two sets of symmetrically arranged screw parts to form a double-ended screw structure. Inclined pressing plates are arranged between the lower ends of the two groups of threaded parts and the driving rod. The double-ended spiral structure can make the feeding effect of this case better, and the pressing plate can better solve the problem of material winding, allowing the material to pass smoothly into the next step.
