With the acceleration of my country's industrialization and urbanization process, environmental pollution problems have become increasingly serious. Real-time monitoring and early warning of environmental performance indicators and environmental processes can provide an accurate and effective data basis for environmental law enforcement and total amount verification, promote the dataization and refinement of environmental monitoring, and promote the transformation of end-of-end monitoring into full-process monitoring. Traditional environmental monitoring uses manual detection and reporting methods, which have long inspection cycles and poor timeliness, making it difficult to achieve timely warning and disposal of environmental pollution accidents. Environmentally friendly Internet of Things technology integrates terminal monitoring equipment such as environmental sensors and video capture, and uses wireless sensor networks and 3G communication technology for data transmission. It can automatically, promptly and accurately obtain real-time parameters of the environment, thereby achieving rapid response in pollution situations and greatly Improve the efficiency of environmental monitoring. After more than 5 years of dedicated research, the project team has broken through the key technologies of the Environmental Internet of Things, and has achieved innovative results in the development of flexible terminal equipment for the Internet of Things, the formulation of environmental Internet of Things Hub standards and protocols, the development of environmental information decision support systems, and the environmental monitoring of the Internet of Things.

Innovation points of the project include:

(1) In the environmental monitoring IoT sensing layer, aiming at the problem of network chain breakage, the chain breakage repair method of routing algorithm has been improved, and the load scheduling algorithm for energy consumption has been studied. The unified description standard and message processing mechanism for environmental monitoring information have been formulated., achieving consistency of data description formats among heterogeneous platforms; It pioneered the architecture and implementation method of environmental IoT flexible terminal equipment, and developed a variety of environmental IoT terminal sensing equipment and gateway products with independent intellectual property rights.

(2) At the network layer of the environmental monitoring Internet of Things, based on the characteristics of the environmental monitoring Internet of Things, we designed network integration and security authentication middleware products based on redundant logos, and made major breakthroughs in key technologies such as secure access and anti-intrusion mechanisms for the environmental Internet of Things.

(3) At the environmental monitoring IoT application layer, facing environmental monitoring IoT application support, we creatively developed ontology-based intelligent water quality decision-making middleware, geographical information system integrated water quality prediction middleware, and developed environmental information integration based on the Internet of Things. The decision-making support platform has greatly improved the level of automatic water quality early warning judgment and intelligent decision-making.

(4) Facing the industrial application of environmental monitoring IoT products, we propose a business model of monitoring platform as a service, which can satisfy users to obtain "on-demand, pay-per-use, and integrated supervision" without capital and technology. Professional services for environmental monitoring and governance. The project team has applied for a total of 11 invention patents, including 5 authorizations, 19 software copyrights, and published more than 50 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals (including 22 SCI and 36 EI).

The project results have been successfully applied to nearly 100 enterprises and institutions such as Zhangjiang Biomedical Base, Binzhou Beihai Water Plant, and Suining City Star Water Company. From 2011 to 2013, a total output value was created of 19.199 million yuan, a completed profit of 21.14 million yuan, and a tax revenue of 4.347 million yuan. The implementation of the project not only improves my country's digital informatization level, but also effectively solves the problems of proceduralization, high-density, refined and rapid collection of environmental information in the fields of online monitoring of pollution sources, environmental quality monitoring and early warning, and environmental risk source supervision. Promote the informatization transformation of environmental supervision methods and capabilities, and enhance my country's core competitiveness in the fields of Internet of Things and environmental monitoring.
