The photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells is one of the important parameters for judging the performance of solar cells. The highest conversion efficiency in foreign laboratories has reached 24. 8%, while the domestic highest is 19.79%. In order to improve the performance of solar cells, the conversion efficiency of solar cells must be increased. The main reason for the loss of solar cell conversion efficiency is that due to light reflection on the surface, all sunlight cannot be incident into the solar cell, resulting in a low generation rate of electron-hole pairs. Reducing reflection has become an important way to increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.
Tongji University has developed a method to prepare anti-reflective coatings on the outside of solar cells and photovoltaic panels to increase solar energy conversion efficiency. The plating of anti-reflective films is one of the main directions for relevant research groups to study the application of nanoporous materials. It has nearly ten years of technical accumulation, and relevant results have been used in the country's laser weapons. Based on the above foundations and advantages, the overall photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery can be significantly improved by coating a silicon dioxide anti-reflective coating.
