Key innovations
Innovative: Customized and fine processing of complex muck soil, efficiently curing it into high-strength road materials, significantly reducing costs, extending life, and reducing carbon emissions.
Potential economic benefits
Significantly reduce project muck treatment and material procurement costs by approximately 30%, extend road life, and reduce transportation carbon emissions and related expenses.
Potential climate benefits
This technology directly avoids carbon emissions caused by waste soil disposal and purchased lime soil transportation. At the same time, the recycling of engineering muck into road materials reduces the energy consumption and carbon emissions of mining and production of primary building materials (such as cement and aggregate).

Solution details

The composition of engineering muck is complex and the particles are uneven. It contains construction waste such as bricks, concrete blocks and gravel, which needs to be pre-treated. The use of refined screening and crushing production equipment can accurately control the material particle size; for muck from different sources, Carry out targeted and refined design to determine the mixture ratio of curing materials; Using curing agents to stabilize muck soil and improve its early and final strength can meet the strength requirements of fillers for different grades of road subgrades and the strength requirements of pavement subbase under different traffic loads. After pretreatment, the moisture content of the engineering muck is 13-20%, and the content of particles less than 20mm is not less than 60%; the output of the solidified muck mixture of the station-type mixing equipment is not less than 300t/h; the CBR value of the solidified muck mixture is not less than 10%, and the 7-day unconfined compressive strength is not less than 0.8Mpa. The factory-mixed solidified muck mixture saves about 30% of the cost per cubic meter compared with purchased finished lime soil and waste soil; it avoids carbon emissions from waste soil and purchased lime soil transportation vehicles; the cured muck mixture pavement structure layer life is not less than 15 years.
