Solution details

Project description: The system is based on a small emergency power generation system that complements wind, light, oil, hydrogen and other energy sources, including photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, diesel reforming/hydrogen fuel cell power generation, and diesel generator set power generation; among them, energy storage system: residual electricity hydrogen production/hydrogen storage and hydrogen release, battery charging and discharging; structural system: electrical cabinet, power supply cabin, photovoltaic support mechanism, fan support mechanism, fuel tank. The military standard JY5 cabin is used to make the emergency power supply unit, and the electrical cabinet in the cabin is designed according to the aviation standard cabinet ATR cabinet; the pipelines, DC power buses, control buses, and network communication buses in the cabin are divided into slots; Parts that require environmental protection are separated in areas, and dehumidification, heating, thermal insulation and forced ventilation devices are set up; structural connection, power connection and control connection during multi-cabin operation.

Main features: Wind energy, light energy, fuel cells, firewood and other power generation units in the system adopt a common DC bus to collect the DC power of the system. In the early stage of start-up, the power used by the internal units of the system is uniformly taken to the battery through the DC bus. After the system is running normally, the 48V DC bus outputs electrical energy to the outside through DC/AC conversion. When there is sufficient wind and solar power generation, it is used or stored first, and the remaining electricity is passed through the residual electricity hydrogen production device to electrolyze water for hydrogen production and energy storage; when there is insufficient wind and solar power generation, diesel reforming-fuel cells are used to supply electricity to the electrical equipment; The diesel generator device in the system is a backup power supply. When the fuel cell power generation fails, the diesel power supply is started at this time.

Technical level: The technology is at the leading level in China.

Application prospect: Used for emergency lighting, emergency pump and fire protection system power supply.
