

This project belongs to the discipline of internal combustion engine engineering and involves the scientific and technological field: engine electronically controlled fuel injection system. The purpose is to solve key technical bottlenecks such as small injection flow, poor control characteristics, large valve stem seating impact, and poor gas tightness when using electromagnetically driven valves in fuel injection systems of high-power gas engines. This technology is suitable for power plants for different purposes such as high-power commercial vehicles, ship engines, and generator sets. With the support of the project plan of the Shanghai City Science and Technology Commission and enterprise cooperation projects, the project team has formed a complete technical invention system such as electromagnetic-driven buffer gas injection valve with independent intellectual property rights, integrated dual-valve gas injection valve and its assembly method, dual fuel engine multi-point injection drive system and its injection pump, and casing internal combustion engine air intake mechanism. The key technological innovations are as follows: 1. The double valve mechanism technology with buffer device was invented, breaking through the foreign patent technology blockade of using spherical valves, needle valves and orifice valve mechanisms. The independently developed electromagnetic-driven buffer gas injection valve and integrated dual-valve gas injection valve enable the maximum flow rate to reach 5.5msup3;/min, the effective flow area to reach 44 mm2, and the operation is 200 million times without leakage. The flow rate can support the maximum single cylinder The power reaches more than 150kW, and these indicators have reached or exceeded the international advanced level. 2. An intelligent controller that can drive multi-channel low-resistance nozzle valves has been developed. The rated driving current can reach up to 35A, and the total valve opening and closing response time under a large back pressure of 10Bar is less than 2.5ms; the driving current waveforms required at each stage when the valve is driven can be flexibly configured to accurately control the action of the valve and minimize power consumption. Minimize, the minimum driving pulse width error is 3.5us. Through theoretical analysis and calculation of driving power consumption, and applying the lowest power consumption driving waveform under different working conditions, compared with the conventional driving method, the maximum operating temperature of the power high-side MOS transistor is reduced from 78℃ to 47℃, which solves the technical problems of high power consumption and difficult heat dissipation of the controller power MOS transistor. 3. The casing internal combustion engine intake mechanism was invented to achieve full mixing of fuel and air, precise closed-loop control of the engine air-fuel ratio, and lean combustion. Engineering technical problems such as flashback, blasting in the intake port and intake pipe of the gas engine, and loss of gas fuel during the scavenging process are solved; using precise multi-point combined injection methods such as main pre-injection, the gas engine has high thermal efficiency and the exhaust temperature is lower than 650 ° C under heavy load. The engine life and reliability are guaranteed, significantly improving engine performance, and enabling the engine to have the benchmarking potential of emission regulations of the National Sixth and above. 4. Remote monitoring OBD and fault self-diagnosis functions have been developed. Remote monitoring, fault self-diagnosis and optimization of engine usage are realized. The multi-point EFI system developed by the project has been successfully applied to domestic internal combustion engine enterprises: Yuchai 6152 gas generator set is equipped with this system. Compared with the single-point system, the power is increased by 10%, the exhaust temperature is reduced by more than 20%, and the speed regulation performance is excellent; The Jichai 6190 gas engine is equipped with this system, which greatly reduces the exhaust temperature, eliminates the hidden danger of knocking, and improves safety performance; The 6210 diesel-natural gas dual fuel marine engine equipped with an electronically controlled multi-point injection system of Zichai Machinery was successfully delivered to the shipyard and successfully passed the inspection of China Classification Society. Related technologies have formed 13 invention patents, 14 new patents, and published 13 related papers, which have been recognized by relevant enterprises. The technical achievements of the project have completely independent intellectual property rights. All electromagnetically driven buffer gas injection valves have been serialized and localized. The overall technology and work performance have reached the international advanced level, and many key technical indicators are at the international leading level, filling the domestic gap. In the past three years, a total of 175.8 million yuan in new output value, 10.87 million yuan in new profits, and 5.46 million yuan in new tax revenue have been achieved, with significant direct economic effects.
