After years of technical research and development and accumulation, the integration of multi-sensing body measuring devices, data parametric modeling, big data computing, virtual effect presentation, remote transportation, mobile payment, flexible processing and other technologies has broken through the high labor cost of traditional enterprise human data collection. Based on industrial bottleneck problems such as large production and sales inventory and high e-commerce refund rate, we have successfully developed a multi-sensing integrated clothing intelligent customization system, which is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of clothing enterprises and technological innovation. Under human dress conditions, data acquisition and analysis technology that integrates multiple sensing body measurement This system integrates technologies such as phase-shifted structured light reconstruction, texture nonlinear enhancement and convolutional neural network de-noising. It adopts texture defect analysis, dynamic sequence image analysis, independent component analysis, scale-space extremes and other methods to extract and evaluate the appearance texture and performance characteristics of dressed fabrics, solve the problem of rapid collection of three-dimensional data under dressed conditions, and realize three-second body measurement. Changing the instability of traditional manual measurement. 2. Using array adaptive correction non-clean body measurement modeling technology to achieve accurate data extraction. Adopt multi-sensor array design and system parameter self-correction algorithm based on high-precision solid digital model to design a whole-body human three-dimensional data acquisition software and hardware system with an optimal spatial structure somatosensory array, realize fast and accurate human three-dimensional data collection and reconstruction models, and an intelligent and rapid human feature parameter extraction model based on cut point clouds. It solves the problem of manual measurement accuracy and the technical bottleneck problem of remote transportation and pattern connection. 3. Using data cloud virtual imaging technology, a dynamic interactive platform is built to provide customized orders. Using a personalized template point cloud registration algorithm based on automatic adjustment of human posture and body parameters, a data cloud platform for body parameters is established to realize parameter registration and three-dimensional modeling of human data; An automatic evaluation algorithm for clothing loss estimation is designed to realize automatic matching of customized versions; Develop skin-based skeleton animation and penetration recovery technology to complete the real-time and realism problems in clothing dynamic imaging technology; use multimedia interactive technology to present virtual dress try-on, build a mobile rapid customization platform to realize the docking of clothing mobile customization terminal and clothing production, solving problems such as slow remote customization data and loose orders. This project authorizes 12 invention patents, registered 11 software copyrights, 8 industry standards, and publicly published 40 papers.
