Key innovations
Comprehensive use of a variety of high-efficiency heat exchange and dehumidification technologies to recover latent heat and moisture of wet smoke in a high proportion, and synergistically eliminate white smoke. It is highly innovative and widely used.
Potential economic benefits
This technology recovers 50-90% of heat and moisture from wet flue gas for heating, desalination, and wastewater treatment, significantly reducing energy and water consumption costs. Eliminate white smoke, improve environmental benefits, and improve overall corporate economics and sustainability.
Potential climate benefits
This technology directly replaces a large amount of fossil fuel energy required in traditional heating, desalination and desulfurization wastewater treatment by recovering heat from wet flue gas. This significantly reduces energy consumption, which in turn significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions. In addition, if recycled water replaces other energy-intensive water sources, it will also have indirect carbon reduction benefits.

Solution details
This research has developed air/smoke heat exchange technology, water/smoke heat exchange technology, water/slurry heat exchange technology, solution dehumidification and other water/heat recovery technologies and white smoke control technology, which can recover 50-90% of the moisture and vaporization latent heat in wet flue gas, and at the same time synergistically eliminate "white smoke" in wet flue gas. The recovered heat can be used for heating, desalination, desulfurization wastewater treatment, etc.
