Using an integrated optimization strategy of light output and resolution, the scintillation detector developed based on the high-performance BGO scintillation crystal batch produced by the research institute has outstanding advantages such as high detection efficiency, good physical and chemical stability, and compact structure. It can be used in natural gamma logging and Formation Element Logging (ECS) field.
Performance indicators:
The detector has a diameter of 5 inches and a length of 200 mm. The detector energy resolution is ≤10%@662keV, and the operating temperature is-20℃-50℃.
Current status:
A production line for crystal growth, processing, detector assembly, testing and service assessment has been built in Jiading District, Shanghai. It has been applied in the fields of geological exploration and oil logging and is in the application expansion stage.
