Through spatial analysis, potential problems in the configuration and layout planning of new workshops and production lines are discovered, and the best solution is found. Conduct 3D visual logistics process simulation for the factory's external logistics, internal logistics and process flow on the production line to verify logistics and process processes and discover logistics bottlenecks; conduct 3D visual simulation and 3D visual monitoring of the assembly process on the assembly line to achieve assembly process optimization, production of three-dimensional operation instructions, ergonomics optimization, operating process training and other purposes; CPS, based on the combination of virtual and real technologies of the Internet of Things technology, combines with the factory's existing MES and PDM systems to achieve real-time monitoring of production line status and reasonable comprehensive management and monitoring of production processes.

 Based on relevant data of the entire product life cycle, the entire production process is simulated, evaluated and optimized in a computer virtual environment, and further expanded to a new production organization method for the entire product life cycle.
