After being treated by green parental deoiling and cleaning technology, the oil content can reach less than 2%. After being treated by microbial advanced treatment technology, the oil content of the cleaned sludge meets the requirements of the "Standards for the Control of Pollution in Agricultural Sludge"(GB4284-2018). The mineral oil content of agricultural land is less than 0.3%, and it can even reach the Class A agricultural land standard of less than 0.05%.

The raw materials mainly come from plants, combined with Zhihe's exclusive series of additives, at appropriate cleaning temperatures, through supporting professional equipment separates the three phases of oil, water and solid. The oil can be recycled as resources, water can be recycled in the system, and the solid phase can be deeply processed by microorganisms.

Microbial advanced treatment technology is a microbial treatment technology used to further reduce the oil content of sludge after the green amphiphilic degreasing agent cleaning technology. The introduction of green amphiphilic degreasing agent can reduce the surface tension of sludge molecules, increase the contact area between sludge and microorganisms, enhance the oxidation-reduction reaction between the two, and achieve further rapid reduction of oil content.
