3.1 technical principle
Medical waste is first crushed by a crushing and grinding device, and then the heat released by the ultra-high temperature heat transfer oil is transferred to the crushed medical waste through the inner wall of the sterilizer. The maximum temperature can reach 200 ° C; the whole process does not add water or steam, and the crushed material is heated at high temperature to achieve sterilization and disinfection of medical waste. The dry heating process uses a higher temperature than that of a steam device, and the processing time is shorter.
The system disinfection temperature is 170℃~ 210℃, the disinfection time is 20 minutes, the stirring speed is 21r/min, and the internal pressure of the disinfection tank during disinfection is 4200Pa~ 4600Pa.
