Solution details

 The project uses hygroscopic solution to absorb water vapor in flue gas after desulfurization; removes "moisture" in flue gas to release and recover latent heat; and recovers latent heat without cooling. Ensure that the "ultra-clean emission" limit requirements are met and gas turbine emission standards are met; 40% of the flue gas are removed~70% of the water is used for desulfurization and replenishment, eliminating "gypsum rain" and eliminating "white fog" in the flue gas; at the same time, 30% of the flue gas waste heat is recovered to produce hot water exceeding 85 ° C; the dust removal efficiency reaches more than 85%, and the dust concentration in the flue gas is lower than 10mg/Nm3; the SOx concentration in the flue gas is lower than 15mg/Nm3, reducing NOx emissions by 20% to 40% and increasing the flue gas temperature by 10%.~30 ° C to ensure that the emission temperature is ≥70 ° C, which will increase the lifting force and diffusion radius of smoke, completely eliminate low-temperature acid erosion, and replace GGH and chimney titanium steel plate protection.
