Project description: Silicon-containing arylacetylene resin is a type of organic-inorganic hybrid material obtained by the copolymerization of elemental silicon and arylacetylene. In 2002, East China University of Science and Technology began research. Through a series of research on the structural design and synthesis of silicon-containing arylacetylene resins, optimization of structure and properties, scale-up synthesis, composite process, composite properties and applications, the research shows that the developed silicon-containing arylacetylene resins (PSA) have good processing properties, low curing temperature, high heat resistance, ceramicability, low and stable dielectric constant and loss factor over a wide range of temperatures and broad frequencies. The composite material can be used as an ablation-resistant/thermal insulation material, High-temperature wave-transparent materials, high-temperature, high-frequency, low-loss circuit boards, and even radiation-proof materials have shown broad application prospects, and have been used in xxx projects and passed verification and assessment. In order to realize the engineering preparation and large-scale application of this self-developed high-performance new structural silicon-containing arylyne resin, this project proposes the engineering preparation and application research of silicon-containing arylyne resin. It is planned to carry out step-by-step scale-up preparation of silicon-containing arylacetylene resins and optimization of preparation process (Control of raw material ratio, reaction conditions, heat and mass transfer in multiphase reactions, etc.), resin structure and performance control, resin preparation stabilization and composite material performance verification, etc., break through the key technologies of resin preparation and engineering preparation, and realize The engineered and stable preparation of silicon-containing arylacetylene resins reaches an annual production scale of 2 tons, providing a new high-heat-resistant resin material for aerospace, electronic information, transportation and other fields.
