The preparation cost of nanometals is very high, so today's research field focuses more on the preparation and application of coated composite powders that can replace nanometals to reduce the amount of nanometals. Gypsum whisker is a new type of inorganic material with high comprehensive properties. Gypsum whiskers are suitable as reinforcing components in plastics, rubber, polyurethane, metals and ceramics. After adding gypsum whiskers to plastic, the flexural elastic modulus, tensile strength, size stability and thermal distortion temperature of the product can be significantly improved. The surface of the magnetic stripe whiskers is covered with a layer of nano-particulate metal. The coated magnetic stripe whiskers have metal-like conductivity, but do not have the shortcomings of metal conductors being easily corroded or oxidized.
Main features: This project has developed a variety of methods for preparing non-metallic conductive materials with metal-coated magnetic strip whiskers. The gypsum whiskers of the project mainly come from phosphogypsum and desulfurized gypsum prepared through hydrothermal methods. The raw materials are widely and cheap, and the operation is simple, which can greatly increase the utilization rate of phosphogypsum and other wastes. The prepared non-metallic conductor material has stable properties and high electrical conductivity. The conductive effect of the metal can be achieved by coating the surface of the magnetic strip whisker with 20% metal, which greatly reduces the amount of metal used. Technical level: The technology is at the leading level in China.
Application prospects: The prepared magnetic strip whisker conductive material has a wide application prospect. It can be added to ink to prepare conductive ink materials. After adding metal-coated magnetic strip whiskers to plastic, the thermal distortion temperature will be greatly increased compared with adding magnetic strip whiskers. It can also be processed into grounding resistance reducing materials, electromagnetic shielding and antistatic materials, ground heat conduction materials, non-metallic conductor parts, etc.
