

This project belongs to the result of technological development and is a discipline of nuclear power generation engineering in nuclear power engineering technology. The steam generator is the main component of the pressure boundary of the reactor cooling system and the most critical equipment in nuclear power plants. Its role is to convert heat from the reactor coolant system into steam and transfer the steam to the steam turbine to generate electricity. The technical plan of this project is based on the introduction, digestion and absorption of foreign advanced nuclear power technology, and formed through independent innovation, the "second generation plus" million-class pressurized water reactor nuclear technology is widely used in the domestic nuclear power market.
On March 28, 2008, the company officially signed a supply contract with China Guangdong Nuclear Power Engineering Company for three million-kilowatt steam generators of Hongyanhe Unit 1. Through scientific research project establishment, special research, and process tests, the company independently mastered a complete set of million-kilowatt steam generators manufacturing technology, and successfully completed the delivery of the first steam generator on August 28, 2010, effectively improving the localized manufacturing level of nuclear power equipment in my country. From 2011 to 2013, this project achieved a total new output value of 1.48822 million yuan. Through the localization of equipment manufacturing, the manufacturing unit price is reduced by about 20% compared with imports. The 36 steam generators contracted by the company can save the country a total of approximately 864 million yuan in project investment
During the equipment development process, the company has obtained a total of tube-plate overlay welding technology, primary side nozzle isolation layer overlay welding technology, tube-plate joint welding technology, inner sleeve assembly technology, inner sleeve wedge welding technology, support plate assembly technology, impact sample machining improvement, high-temperature tensile test heating furnace improvement, metallographic inspection erosion improvement, tube-tube-plate joint weld ray flaw detection technology, tube-tube-plate joint weld helium leak detection technology, A total of 37 technological innovation breakthroughs were made in 6 categories including eddy current flaw detection technology in hydraulic expansion pipe areas, and 11 patent authorizations and 7 invention patents (core patents) were obtained, laying a solid technical foundation for batch production of subsequent projects.
Considering the national nuclear power going global, localization can not only get rid of the situation of being controlled by others in terms of patent and intellectual property rights, but also save a large amount of technology entry fees, technology licensing fees and technical service fees. At the same time, through cooperation with domestic and foreign nuclear power equipment suppliers, comprehensive, multi-level and wide-field exchanges and cooperation have connected with the world's advanced nuclear power manufacturing level, and promoted my country's nuclear power manufacturing capabilities and technological innovation capabilities at a broader and higher level. Lay a solid foundation for subsequent export of nuclear power technology.
