A new high-performance piezoelectric single crystal PIMNT growth technology with independent intellectual property rights. The new material has piezoelectric properties much higher than traditional piezoelectric ceramics. It can be applied to ultra-high sensitivity acoustic wave detection and sensing, bringing great improvement in device performance.

Performance indicators:

The crystal size is 4 inches. The piezoelectric constant d33 is greater than 1500pC/N, d32 is greater than 1500pC/N, and d15 is greater than 3500pC/N. The electromechanical coupling coefficients k33,k32, and k15 are greater than 88.0%.

Current status:

A small crystal preparation line has been built in the research institute, has small batch supply capabilities, has many national invention patents, and the material preparation technology level is internationally advanced.
