 Through the synergistic effect between the molecules of water-borne polyurethane, acrylic epoxy resin and fluorocarbon resin, combined with the weather resistance and elasticity of polyurethane acrylic resin and the adhesive corrosion resistance of epoxy fluorocarbon resin, the sand-sand (stone) prevention function of the coating is realized; Through chemical crosslinking between water-borne polyurethane, silicone acrylate and alkyd resin, modified nanoparticle monodispersion composite microspheres are introduced to improve the ultraviolet resistance and light retention and color retention of the coating, and high weather resistance of the coating is achieved; Through the interaction between water-borne polyurethane, epoxy acrylic resin, silicone acrylate resin and filler additives, an integrated dense protective layer is formed to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.

3. main technical parameters

 The primer coating is resistant to salt fog for 1000 hours, artificial aging for 2000 hours, and the elongation at break of the coating film is 290%; the top coating has water resistance of 240 hours, hardness of 2H, and scrubbing resistance of 3000 times. The persistence of stain resistance is increased from 60 to 85. The antibacterial property is 99%, and the mildew resistance is level 0.
