This project belongs to the technical field of design and manufacturing of large-scale thermal power extraction steam turbines.
With the promulgation and in-depth implementation of national environmental protection policies, high-performance ultra-supercritical thermal power turbine products with high efficiency and low emissions are playing an increasingly important role in my country's power construction. The development of high-power, high-efficiency and large-capacity steam extraction units can effectively solve many problems in urban central heating, water supply and industrial steam use. It can also greatly alleviate the tension of urban power resources and enrich coal-fired power generation. Diversity is conducive to improving people's living standards. The development of large heat-to-electricity ratio extraction steam units, especially large-capacity ultra-supercritical extraction steam units, fully meets the needs of my country's economic development and environmental protection policies, and will have very good development prospects.
The project is based on the country's first 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical extraction steam units of Beijiang Power Plant, which is included in the first batch of national circular economy pilot units. As the world's first 1000MW ultra-supercritical extraction condensing steam turbine, it has the characteristics of ultra-supercritical high parameters and large adjusted extraction capacity (the maximum extraction capacity is 800t/h). On the basis of maintaining the advantages of advanced design, safety and reliability, high availability, convenient maintenance, fast start and strong peak shaving capabilities of million-class condensing steam turbines, our factory has carried out a large number of research and development work to meet user requirements for different extraction pressures and extraction volumes.
1. Main scientific and technological innovations of the project
The extraction steam unit with large heat-to-electricity ratio is the main product series independently developed by our factory. This series of units has technical advantages such as high efficiency, wide extraction application range, flexible extraction adjustment, and diversified extraction technology. The main technical innovations are as follows:
1. The design and development of internationally leading steam extraction units, especially the successful development and commissioning of the world's first ultra-supercritical 1000MW extraction unit, has created a precedent for ultra-supercritical units above 600MW to realize the adjustment of steam extraction functions.
2. Relying on the project implementation of the ultra-supercritical 1000MW extraction unit demonstration project, we have accumulated valuable experience at the forefront of ultra-high power extraction units, and based on this, we have developed higher-parameter higher-efficiency ultra-supercritical 1000MW extraction units.
3. The application of steam extraction technology in large thermal power units has made large-scale centralized heating in Urban area a reality. While winter heating guarantee solved people's livelihood problems, a large number of small coal-fired boilers also came to an end to the historical stage. Make great contributions to energy conservation, emission reduction, low-carbon and environmental protection in my country's energy industry.
4. Diversified steam extraction technology applications: It has multiple steam extraction methods such as dual valve regulation, rotating diaphragms, and butterfly valves.
5. The adjustment range of steam extraction volume and steam extraction pressure is wide, which can be applied to different needs such as seawater desalination, heating steam supply, and industrial steam.
2. Application and significance
The first project of a large-scale 1000MW ultra-supercritical extraction steam turbine is the 2×1000MW seawater desalination extraction project of Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant. The maximum steam extraction capacity of each unit is 800t/h, and the designed seawater desalination water production volume is 100,000 tons/day. Based on the average daily water consumption of 0.5 tons per household, the water production volume of the two units can supply the water consumption of 400,000 households, greatly alleviating the pressure on urban water supply. The use of ultra-supercritical extraction steam units is conducive to significantly reducing the emissions of waste gas and waste. In 30 years, compared with subcritical and supercritical units of the same capacity, CO2 emissions will be reduced by 13 million tons and 5 - 6 million tons. At the same time, emissions of other air pollutants will be significantly reduced to meet the needs of current energy conservation and emission reduction policies in my country's power industry. The successful development of ultra-supercritical extraction steam units with large heat and electricity ratio will also effectively promote the sustainable development of domestic related manufacturing industries, materials industry, environmental protection industry and other supporting industries, and meet the strategic needs of sustainable development of my country's power industry.
