The Beidou satellite navigation system is related to the core interests of national security and economic development, and is a major strategic direction for my country to participate in global scientific and technological competition. In the critical period when the construction of the Beidou system is moving towards global coverage, facing the monopoly of the GPS market, and with the support of major national science and technology projects, this project focuses on the "neck-pinching" technical issues of the development of the Beidou industry, gathers advantageous units in technological innovation, and collaborates in core algorithms, Basic products and characteristic applications to carry out systematic and in-depth technical research, strive to promote the innovation and popularization of Beidou applications, and create a foundation for the development of strategic emerging industries. The main innovation results are as follows:
- Aiming at the problem of indoor and outdoor high-reliability and high-precision positioning, multi-mode and multi-frequency single-point positioning based on carrier phase, multi-path error suppression based on channel adaptive delay-amplitude coupling, and multi-source signal fusion positioning combined with motion scene sensing are proposed. Positioning methods and algorithms are proposed; single point positioning accuracy is better than 0.8 meters (2σ) in complex environments, dynamic positioning accuracy is better than 5 centimeters (2σ); indoor positioning accuracy is better than 1 meter (2σ); Effectively improves the application performance of high-precision positioning products.
- Faced with the dilemma of high-performance navigation chips being controlled by others, we have broken through the bottleneck technology of low-power CMOS navigation radio frequency chip design, with a multi-mode input noise figure better than 2.5dB; we have taken the lead in developing high-performance multi-mode satellite navigation baseband chips that are available to military handheld/vehicle-mounted terminals, breaking the foreign technology blockade and realizing the localization of nuclear "core" products in the military navigation field.
- In response to the long-term dependence on imports of high-precision boards, Samsung's eight-frequency high-precision boards based on joint computing of PVT (Position\Speed\Time) and RTK (Real-Time Carrier Phase Difference) have been developed to break the monopoly of foreign technology and realize the localization of core components and its performance ranks among the top in the world; it has developed highly reliable Beidou vehicle-mounted terminals and low-power Beidou personal positioning terminals, which are the first to be used in commercial vehicle front-loading and mass fields.
- In response to the needs of massive and high-precision indoor map mapping, abstract and associated models of 12 types of indoor spatial elements were proposed, and an industry-leading standardized rapid indoor map collection and modeling process was established. The efficiency of map building was doubled to 10,000 square meters/person day; used in mainstream navigation software such as Gaode Map and Tencent Map.
- In line with the national Beidou industry cultivation and development strategy, we have established characteristic Beidou application systems in six typical industry fields, including smart public transportation, precision agriculture, and marine fishery, explored and innovated location service application models, and promoted the development of my country's Beidou industry.
This project authorized 27 invention patents, obtained 35 soft copyrights, and published 69 SCI/EI papers, including 11 top publications such as IEEE Trans. The overall technical level of the project's achievements has reached the international advanced level, and has reached the international leading level in multi-channel, multi-mode and multi-frequency CMOS radio frequency chip design, high-reliability and high-precision positioning algorithms in complex environments, and low-cost indoor high-precision rapid mapping. The project results have been widely used: the adoption rate of baseband multimode navigation chips for military boards exceeds 40%; Beidou CMOS radio frequency chips are used in major national defense projects and XXX weapons and equipment; the market share of domestic high-precision boards exceeds 70%, promoting similar imports The price of products dropped by 60%; the country's largest indoor map database has been deployed; more than 200,000 sets of Beidou high-precision boards/terminals have been promoted and applied; The radio bead-differential Beidou shipborne navigation system is applied to our army's new main destroyer. The Beidou intelligent public transportation system benefits the travel of millions of citizens. The Beidou high-precision precision agricultural application system and the Beidou intelligent fishery service system have achieved large-scale application. The new output value of this project is approximately 1.6 billion yuan and the new profit is approximately 200 million yuan. It has supported the rapid development of Shanghai's navigation industry with a growth rate of 30% in the past three years, promoted and led the progress and industrial development of my country's Beidou navigation technology, and built a foundation for Shanghai. It has laid an important foundation for the global influence of a high-precision navigation location service technology innovation center and a source of emerging industries.
