

This project belongs to the field of stationery manufacturing industry, specifically involving the development and application of fluorescent inks, as well as the processing, production and sales of highlighter products. Fluorescent water-based inks refer to water-based inks with fluorescent effects. The fluorescent pigments are mainly added to the process of preparing fluorescent ink paste. The fluorescent pigments can absorb light energy and undergo energy level transitions, and then release the absorbed energy. The energy emits fluorescent photons, thus having a fluorescent effect. Fluorescent water-based inks can be used in fluorescent markers. They can mark the key points of books without covering the original handwriting, so they are very popular among consumers. With the sustained and healthy development of China's economy, major economic indicators such as total industrial output value and sales of China's highlighter industry have increased year by year. Pigment-based fluorescent inks have properties such as water resistance, acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance, but pigment-based fluorescent compounds are difficult to disperse in aqueous systems, and if other compounds are added to the dispersed fluorescent concentrate, it is easy to cause aggregation. Therefore, it is very important to add reasonable flavors to fluorescent compounds of different colors. The achievements of this project overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology, such as poor stability, shortening the scribe length of the finished pen after being placed for a long time, and increasing the ink residue; short intermittent writing time, making the pen easy to dry; and failure of safety test EN71 -3 and other problems, a pigment-type aromatic fluorescent ink was obtained. Compared with the prior art, the pigment-type aromatic fluorescent ink has the advantages of:1. adding a fragrance slow-release agent to the ink to prolong the fragrance time of the essence in the ink;2. adding a co-solvent to solve the problem of reducing the stability of the fluorescent water-based ink after adding the essence. The problem of stability makes fluorescent compounds of different colors and fragrances of different fragrance types have good compatibility, so that the pigment-type aromatic fluorescent ink has high stability; 3. In addition, combining glycerol and propylene glycol as a humectant can also better improve the intermittent writing performance of fluorescent water-based inks. As one of the main achievements of Chenguang Stationery, this achievement has been selected as the top ten companies in the pen-making industry in China for five consecutive years from 2014 to 2018. my country is a major manufacturing country in the world. This project has made breakthroughs in basic theories and key technologies aimed at key technologies and process applications in the highlighter industry, providing important technical support for the development of China's pen-making industry; It has improved the overall level of my country's pen-making industry, broke through the constraints imposed by technical barriers in developed countries on the development of my country's pen-making industry, and has a huge promotion effect on the development of the entire industry; A total of 4 authorized patents have been obtained, 3 standards have been formulated, the development and application research of highlighters have been successfully completed, and a complete production line has been built, reaching the domestic leading level; the products have achieved a cumulative new output value of 157 million yuan and an additional profit of 15.47 million yuan., the new tax revenue exceeds 10 million yuan, and the foreign exchange revenue is 1.59819 million US dollars. The localization rate has increased by more than 20%, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
