

1. Technical Field This project belongs to the field of non-metallic materials for building energy conservation, insulation and comprehensive utilization of resources. It innovatively provides a new type of internal and external combined wall insulation system and supporting materials for heat insulation and insulation of buildings. The application of the new internal and external combined wall insulation system is a brand new building insulation system that can fully meet the requirements of building insulation and energy conservation. 2. Main technical innovation content and characteristics In view of the common defects of current common insulation systems such as poor fire resistance performance, complex construction, easy falling off and unsatisfactory energy-saving effects, this achievement creatively developed a new energy-saving insulation system, internal and external combined wall insulation system. The new internal and external combined wall insulation system consists of an external wall external insulation system and an external wall internal insulation system. The external wall external insulation system consists of a crack-resistant cement leveling mortar layer, inorganic insulation materials, building insulation putty layer and building reflection from inside to outside. The insulation coating layer consists of; the external wall internal insulation system consists of a desulfurized gypsum inner wall insulation mortar layer, an inner wall putty layer and an inner wall coating layer. After drying and curing, each layer is combined with the wall base to form a new internal and external combined wall insulation system. This achievement has invented homogeneous building reflective thermal insulation coatings (flat coating type) and heterogeneous building reflective thermal insulation coatings (real stone type and colorful type), both of which have high solar reflectance and hemispherical emissivity. Among them, when preparing heterogeneous building reflective and heat-insulating coatings (real stone type and colorful type), infrared reflective pigments and conventional inorganic color pastes must first be dyed on white colored sand by oil-coated or sintering methods, and dyed into artificial colored sand with infrared reflection function., thus achieving both decorative texture and reflection and heat insulation functions. This achievement has developed a two-component building insulation putty, which is used in conjunction with inorganic insulation materials, reflective insulation coatings, etc., which can greatly improve the insulation effect of building exterior walls, reduce the load on the insulation system, and also have a wall leveling effect. This achievement solves the key technology of ultra-refinement of solid waste, greatly improves its potential activity, can completely or partially replace the traditional cementitious material mdash; mdash; cement, and can be prepared together with other raw and auxiliary materials into inorganic materials with low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect, and efficient utilization of solid waste. This achievement reveals the unique composition characteristics and functions of various treated solid wastes, and rationally matches them to produce certain superimposed benefits and surface effects of fine particles, giving full play to the gelling properties and mechanical properties of each material itself., etc., so that the efficient utilization of solid waste can be economically rewarded. The new internal and external combined insulation system is a new insulation system with green environmental protection, good insulation effect and small bulk density. It can greatly enhance the insulation effect of the building and achieve energy-saving requirements. Ten patents have been applied for for the core technology of this achievement, 7 of which have been authorized and have independent intellectual property rights and innovation. Participated in the compilation of 1 industry standard, 1 local standard and 1 group standard, and edited 1 local standard. He has won honors such as Shanghai City Energy-Saving Products, Shanghai Industry-University-Research Cooperation Outstanding Project, and China Industry-University-Research Innovation Achievement Award. 3. Application and promotion This achievement has been cooperated by Shanghai University, Shanghai Yupei Special Building Materials Co., Ltd., Shanghai City Academy of Building Sciences and Shanghai Fupei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and has been large-scale production in Shanghai Yupei Special Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Fupei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and has been applied in construction projects (such as the National Convention and Exhibition Center, etc.) in Shanghai, Anhui, and other provinces and cities, and has won recognition and praise from users.
