Project Introduction:
① Polymer cement grinding aid is a water-based polymer material developed to replace traditional small molecule compound grinding aids. It can effectively improve cement grinding efficiency, optimize cement particle grading, and improve the comprehensive performance of cement. The outstanding advantages are as follows: 1. Effectively stimulate the early and late strength of cement, and has no impact on the long-term durability of cement; 2. The "enhanced performance" and "production-enhancing performance" of the product are achieved by adjusting the molecular structure of the product to highlight; 3. The cost is high, and the product production cost is low, the mill output is increased by>10% at 3/10,000 blending volume, and the strength is increased by>8% in 28 days.
② As a new generation of grinding aids, polymer grinding aids have broad application prospects. They have small investment in product production, energy conservation and environmental protection in the production process, and reflect good quality stability during trial production.
